SquiggleFly Challenge #13-case a DT member

Squiggle Fly's newest challenge proved to be a little more challenging that when I first read about it.  First I had to figure out what they were requesting as I've never "cased" someone before-choosing a person's card or work to "mimic" and create something similar.  Whew, there were so many you could choose from but, I decided on Linda Weber's design and created my own take on it.  It was a great way to use a favorite and just as convenient as a sketch-we used to call it Scraplifting perhaps?  I used one of Crissy Armstrong's Lamb digi's, a Spellbinder circle received recently from Linda, Lace paper ribbon from my friend Pammie and multiple Easter-Spring papers.  Hope you enjoy.

  1. This is just beautiful Carolyn - I love your coloring and placement! Thanks for playing with us at Squigglefly and best of luck gf!!

  2. This is a darling card! I love the lacy frame and border you used. Some great paper and a really cute lamb! thanks for playing in Squigglefly's challenge!

    1. Thanks Holly for your kind remarks! I think it seems so fresh for Spring and Easter time.

  3. Sorry I missed commenting on this one last week Carolyn! Great CASE - I would never know you hadn't done it before as you seem to have mastered it! Linda's cards are beautiful and you picked such a pretty one to CASE! Glad to see you back with the orange and yellow challenge at Squigglefly this week too!
