Bugaboo Stamps sponsors us over at Come and Get It where "flowers" is the Theme!
Just looking at this image from Bugaboo Stamps puts a smile on my face! She's called Kidz Flower Basket and the theme over at Come and Get It Challenge is "Flowers". I've got a daughter all grown now with blonde hair that has always shared my love of flowers. And as Daisies are her favorite flower, I colored this beauty like I remember her. Love all the details on a Bugaboo Digital Image and the images are so clear-makes it easy to color. Used a very Spring like paper and complimentary assorted flowers on the front panel. One the inside panel I always like to finish it off so used an oversized polka-dot print and a KKS sentiment which is always perfect! Hope this puts a smile on YOUR face too!

Cherry Blossom Geisha Girl Get Well Card--a Sherri Baldy image!
Having a bit of fun this weekend, mounting a Sherri Baldy image I colored up with copics a while back--she's a Geisha called Cherry Blossom and can be found in Sherri's Store. It's wonderful just coloring when you have a moment and then always having an image on hand!
I used Glacial Blue Wink of Stella on her flower beads hanging off of her flower cluster, and added a shiny silver corner accent with gem on the matted image as well as a hanger over the Get Well sentiment. I've been saving this parasol paper sheet forever for just the right card-was so excited that it worked out for this one!! On the inside, I used a creamy yellow crackle paper with a great KKS sentiment stamped on the inside. Hope my friend will thoroughly enjoy it! Thanks for stopping by!

Polkadoodles is the Sponsor at Come and Get It! Theme is to use 2 or More Designer Papers~
Over at Come and Get It, we've got a Challenge going on with the theme "Use 2 or more Designer Papers" with any image. The DT is using images by Polkadoodles and I'm so thrilled with her "Darling Bud" series! The one I used is called Crocus_the Darling Buds.
I probably should have used several different Crocus colors but I just love the color combination of pinks and greens. There are so many beautiful images to use at this site-check it out! After coloring her with copics, I mounted her on foam dots for dimension, found 2 different design papers and then started creating the cluster of flowers. Before starting hot gluing them on, I placed 2 larger foam dots in the corner so I would have a base to push the stick pins of the green bird and pink enameled heart into. I used a combination of paper flowers and rose buds in pink & white. I added some white paper lace on the side of the image and 3 small pink epoxy dots in the bottom right corner. On the inside, I found a complimentary paper, and stamped a KKS sentiment stamp on a die cut scalloped oval. Come on over and check out our Challenge and hopefully yours will get picked by the DT to win some images!

Reminder Challenge over at Color It Create It Show It Off! Diva Birthday is the Theme!
I must say this is one of the Sherri Baldy's images (Scan 0001) that I love more and more! It was a breeze to color-I'm sure because I just love it so much! A real modern look that could be used for so many occasions~ Over at Color It Create It Show It Off, we are head over heels reminding everyone that there is still a CICISIO Challenge going on here . It's a great chance to win a choice of these images and share your creative projects! It's theme this month is Diva Birthday -Anything Goes.I colored this Beauty with Copics and used some great design papers: clouds, geometric patterns, Road map paper and matted her with a complimentary red. For accents, I made 2 fishtail banners and a twine bow with red heart button. On the inside I showcased the cloud paper in the background and stamped a KKS sentiment on it.
Hope you will come visit us at our Challenge-we'd love to see your creations!!

DIVA Birthday Challenge at Color It Create It Show It Off-**2** ways to win now!
We are now going to have themes with our challenges, if you enter with the theme you will have extra chance to win.
Our Challenge this month is:
DIVA BIRTHDAY-Option Anything Goes!
I've chosen to use the image 978 from Sherri Baldy's fantastic shop. I love Big Eyed images so this is the perfect shop for me! I had fun creating this Fairy like creature using some of my favorite color combinations-green and purple! I also used Diamond Stickles on her wings and added a few touches of bling with the purple flower embellishments. The sentiment is from a stamp from my stash by KKS. A very whimsical Summer- like card for that friend's Birthday!
The Winner of the Challenge will get to pick from any of these Images: We've now got a special way for EVERYONE to have a better chance at winning=separate Linky options. One for those colorists that are so plentiful out there with many talents and a completely separate one for the many Design Team members of Sherri's that are giving this image a try. So let's see you beautiful entries and inspire us all!
