This week at Come and Get It we are taking on that Challenge! And, with the help of Polkadoodles and the use of their great image called Professor/Geek/Student, I've created a card I intend to send to our son. He's a Chemical Engineer and gets a kick out of my creations!
Using some neat scientific paper, I mounted the copic colored image on top of a wood paper I used for the floor. I added a strip of ribbon as a manly accent. On the inside, I used the reverse side of the lab paper--full of equations and formulas-perfect! I added a sentiment/picture that actually comes in a set of different sentiment "blocks" on 1 sheet of 8x11.5 watercolor paper. Cut apart, they offer a variety of sayings that finish off your cards and great in that you can personalize your creation again with coloring.Come over and enter your creation and have a chance to win a prize!
