It's Springtime over at All Dressed Up Stamps!

People that know me well, know that I can't wait to get out in my Iris and Daylily plants that I raise at my home in Dirty Gloves Gardens.  It's getting warmer outside and some days are sunny-I am using the New Release image "Garden Wheel Barrow" from All Dressed Up Stamps on my card.  I actually have a wheel barrow that is loving used to cart dirt, plants, hoes, weed eaters, etc. around my gardens and it is Turquoise also!  I decided to make this one a little "rustic" by using my copics- color matched what I was imagining perfectly!  Then I used a newly acquired Arched die that has scallops and stitches and cut a "window" showing my world.  This paper was a great fix as it was printed with blue-green-yellow sections rising vertically-Just what I needed to indicate sky-grass-flower areas.  After I did a lot of Fancy Cutting to the images, I used some Zig glue to reach the tiny spots and angled it into the arch.  I LOVE how it just "moves" out of the background-the shadows also help with that .

There are so many cute images in the ADU shop for Spring time if you're getting the "Bug".  We also have a new Monthly Challenge using an ADU image coming up on March 15th--it's a great way to win some Images from our In House Artist Wendy Burns..  We can't wait for you to inspire us.  Thanks for Stopping by!

All Dressed Up Stamps' NEW RELEASE for June!!

Here in Illinois, the farmers all around us are working in the fields and the hobby farmers are working in their gardens....trying to keep ahead of the drought like weather!  I always love it when our resident artist at All Dressed Up, Wendy Burns, offers up some outdoor images to the DT!

This week I'm using the image "Wellie Boots" !  I'm often seen wearing rubber boots out into the gardens so it was perfect~ I picked colors my daughter likes (she lives on a farm also) as she will probably get this card to frame.  I use Copics in my work then stamping the sentiment on using my Mr. Misti.  The image was fancy cut so that I could take advantage of some landscape 6x6 paper pack image.  Great ones out there.

There are 2 other New Release images that were released today and then a month long Challenge that will start again on the 15th of each month.  Come join us for lot of creation!  Thanks for looking!  Carolyn
