NEW RELEASE time at All Dressed Up Stamps!

Over at All Dressed Up Stamps, you can tell that Spring is right around the corner!  Our latest releases from our resident Artist, Wendy Burns, has drawn some seasonal images for all of us to use!!  This creation is called Spring Bike Ride and was such fun.
I colored him with multiple Copics, then fancy cut him out, added some clouds dies and a wooden sentiment.  The beauty of using a landscape 6x6 set/page from Paper Rose is that I was easily able to incorporate my ADU image.  I wish I could take credit for the gorgeous watercolor landscape print but I must be honest.

The inside of my card is just as beautiful, again using one of the other PR pieces of art.  I used one of those cardstock sentiments from a different series from my stash.

We would love to see your creations in our monthly Challenge that starts on the 15th of each month and gives you a chance to wish some ADU Images as a prize so check us out!  Thanks for Looking!

Day THREE! Lexi's Wheels and Lulu's Wheels are the NEW RELEASES at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps!

Welcome to Day THREE of our June Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Our sweet little girls by artist Cheryl Grant are out for a RIDE in these super fun stamp sets!
It's LEXI'S WHEELS and LULU'S WHEELS!!
Can't you just feel the wind in your hair?? What awesome stamp sets to send to encourage someone or as a pick me up! Or simply a thinking of you! Each set has a super fun image to colour plus several 'wheelie' cute sentiments!
You will see both of today's sets in action as you hop around the Krafty blogs!

I think one of the newest "retro" color combinations lately is the turquoise/blue and red colors.  I luckily found some design papers that fit the bill exactly-I love combining different patterns on cards-think it gives them movement.  So after mounting my image with a narrow black edge and red mat, I adhered some loopy paper lace along the edge.  I stamped out a sentiment included, distressed the edge and placed 2 epoxy dots next to it.  It will be a great encouragement card to a dear friend.

You'll see the list of Krafty design team members and Krafty Guests below and be sure to leave some love at each stop because one lucky commenter is going to WIN a gift voucher to the krafty shop!
ALL FIVE of the new June clear stamp sets will be released on Sunday evening! Be sure to join us at the LIVE Online Release Party beginning at 7pm EST! Come join us to help celebrate the new release, check out lots of krafty kreations, have a chance to win some prizes and hang out with all our krafty friends! Hope to see you there!

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion! This week we feature Little Blue Buttons!

What a fun time I had coloring up this little cutie from Little Blue Buttons called Miss Lilly on a Bike.  This is for our Anything Goes Challenge at Craft Your Passion.
I took a 6.25" square card blank and "chopped" out a part of the front-I wanted the picket fence to stand out in the design.  Covered the front with a spring-like yellow floral paper and mounted the image.  I love the combination of blues and yellows!!  Stuck down 2 sections of fence die cuts, mounted some small Gypsophila flowers from Wild Orchard, and stamped it for a friendship card.  I used some yellow embossed cardstock for the whole back panel and stamped an additional sentiment on the inside.  I can never get enough friendship cards made to send off!  Thanks for looking and we hope to see your creation on the website!

Masculine Card for Birthday or Father's Day~For the "Big Wheel" from Squigglefly

This is a great chance to combine 2 of my Favorite Design Sites!!  Squigglefly and The Paper Cut~ This new image from SF is called the Big Wheel Bike by Elizabeta Kushner.  I know I'm going to be using this a lot, changing the colors on the bike and accessorizing with so many things!
Wouldn't this make a great anytime card for your husband, son, or friend/family member?
This is the Double Hinge card that I've been having a blast with from The Paper Cut.  They have pre-scored card blanks from great weight cardstock in fabulous colors, the base of this one is Basis Lt. Brown.  I've tried turning it like this before and love the effect. I double matted the image, with a chocolate felt cs and a green from my stash. That's a black and tan baker's twine wrap and the mat is only attached halfway.  The button helps weigh it down. When lifted, it shows the neat vintage Watch paper.  I attached some manly sitckers, a die cut label with a sentiment stamped.  I just love the old time feel of this card and hope you will go to Squigglefly to check out all their great digis!  They make a card just come together!
