This week, as we start to approach the Christmas Season, we at Craft Your Passion (where it is Always Anything Goes) are being sponsored by Stitchy Bear Digi Outlet. There are so many pre-colored images to choose from as well as B&W. I picked this adorable image called Little Siannie Christmas Colour Stamp. During this hectic time of year, it really can help put a card together for that special person when you already have a colored image or scene.
I used some digital papers for the layers, even using one of the papers re-sized so that it looks like a ribbon. Placed the png image on the papers, and then separately printed a sentiment out, matted it and added a white/snow covered evergreen die cut.
Please join us in the challenge and show your festive spirit! Stitchy Bear is offering a choice of 3 digi stamps from store up to the value of $10 to the winner. Great way to expand your digi library!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Lacy Sunshine Stamps
I used some gorgeous ornament paper from Kaiserkraft, some soft blue glossy dot paper as a mat, and then a simple soft blue bow with a die cut of evergreen tucked underneath. Simple but classy.
On the inside, I used some silver frosted snowflake paper and then, as I always do, finished it off with a sentiment.
Come over and check the store out here--Heather has a great discount sale going on with money saving discounts!

It's the last Hurrah at Sweet Pea Stamps- Come join us as a Thank You for all the good times!
I'm sure that you have been following the "news" that as of the end of November, Sweet Pea Stamps will be closing their doors for good. The last rubber will have been pressed, the wonderful artists will be moving on to other venues to showcase their creations, and our sweet, kind, courageous leader will have a more routine way of life and will be on the road to a healthier life style. She took me in on her Design Team and I found a wonderful second home. Lynette, I will always be grateful for the time that I've spent here with you.
We, the DT, wanted to make these last 2 challenges ALL about Thank Yous or a Thanksgiving theme. Because we are so Thankful for being here on a regular basis! I chose an image that I feel conveys my sadness for leaving called Into the Light by Karen Middleton. I will always remember this image as one of my favorites as it was my very first attempt to color Black hair. I love the color combination of blues and browns so have combined some weathered wood paper with some heritage style brown mat. I love the sheerness of the taupe brown lace that I added at the side and added the circular die cut. Inside is a verse that I think conveys my heartfelt feelings for this Digital & rubber stamp site-Sweet Pea Stamps leaves behind many happy customers and friends world wide. It's great to know that Lynette's hard work saw such a Dream come true. Please join us and let us see all YOUR Special projects! We'd love to be inspired! Signing off as an SPS Design Team Member, Carolyn

It's Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion! The East Wind is the Sponsor this week!
This week at Craft Your Passion we are continuing with our theme, Always Anything Goes! I'm sure many of you have Gorgeous Holiday cards or projects to show us.
This week, we are thrilled to have The East Wind as our sponsor and this image is called Christmas Wreath with Sleepy Cats and Ribbons. I put it on a 6x6 card, and used it on a Bo Bunny tree paper from their Sleigh Ride Collection. There's a sentiment embellishment for the corner, pink pearl rope as an accent on the side and chunky white frantage over the whole thing! I also used liquid pearl and silver gel pen for some bling. I have just the perfect friend to give this kitty card to!
We can't wait to see your beautiful inspirations-the winner will get 3 images of choice from the East Wind store!

Thanksgiving, a time to be Blessed at Lacy Sunshine Stamps
This is of course the month of Thanksgiving...being grateful for all that we and our loved ones have...of being Thankful for our Friends and Family. Signs of Harvest and our nations' Bounty leave us very Blessed.
This month, we at Lacy Sunshine Stamps welcome you all into our little homes, our "blogs", to share in this Fellowship and we share our projects that depict the Bounty of the country.
For my project, I chose Sunflower Indian Maiden to use-one of a new Indian series that was created by the Founding Artist, Heather Valentin. The beautiful details of her outfit, flowers, lovely facial expression makes her a real stunner. I color my images with Copics and have included a recipe card to list them for your pleasure. I just loved the use of a Kraft card blank to keep the total effect "natural". I mixed that with some designer papers with a burlap weave and multiple-colored leaves-placed strips of the reverse of the leaf paper on the corners of the image. It almost looks like beading don't you think? I wrapped the mat with some hemp cording and added my own pewter sunflower charm.
On the inside of the card,I stamped a Thanksgiving verse, accented by many of the papers I already used.
THANK you for stopping by my home away from home. We all hope each of our Lacy Sunshine family and friends will take a moment to be thankful for all the blessings that have been bestowed upon them. Remember how lucky you are to have all that you have. Come back and visit a little while longer!

We are so Thankful for Sweet Pea Stamps....It's a bittersweet month ahead
As I'm sure you may have heard, we will be only having 2 more One Sweet Challenge with this wonderful site, Sweet Pea Stamps, before Lynette closes the doors at the end of the month. She has had such amazing artists and has been such a generous owner, she will be missed greatly.
So. It has been decided, very fittingly, that this month will be all about Thankfulness or Thanksgiving. With that in mind, I'm using an image called Thanksgiving by Regan Kubecek. Loving the Fall colors, embossed shiny leaves, thick baker's twine, and an appropriate Stampin' Up sentiment. On the inside I used the flip side of the leaf paper, an accent paper and a great Thanksgiving stamp.
Every time I use this image, I will remember all the good times we, the Design Team, have had with SPS and our Challenges. We hope that you will all want to take this final lap with us and get inspired with the creations on the Challenge. Look forward to seeing you there.

Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion-Rick St. Dennis is the sponsor!
At Craft Your Passion this week as always, It's Anything Goes and Rick St. Dennis has been gracious to be our sponsor! I'm always in need of Get Well cards so I'm using the image called It's All About Balance. What an adorable clown to cheer a person up!
I used an oldie but goodie paper called Purple Sponged from Paper Pizazz. Then used a technique I recently learned that gives a bubble effect to the background color. The clown is colored with copics and I added a Stampin' Up sentiment and my favorite accents-buttons. I finished the inside up with some complimentary paper and Best Wishes stamp.
I hope that we'll see your creations on our challenge-the winner gets 2 single images from Rick's store! What fun!
